Product introduction
Molecular sieve activated powder is prepared from molecular sieve raw powder by high ternperature roasting, dehydration and adding stabilizer. In the process of roasting at high temperature， the molecular sieve raw powder lost most of the water, so the molecular sieve activated powder has a strong adsorption capacity, and has a good dispersibility and rapid adsorption capacity. It is often directly used as an amorphous adsorbent with selective adsorption property in the production, which can efectvely remove trace water and other impurities in the material, avoid the generation of bubbles, and prolong the service life of the material.
Molecular sieve activated powder including 3A activation powder, 4A activation powder,5A activation powder and 13X activation powder.
Technical introduction
Zeolite activation powder is a kind of amorphous stabilizer, which is used to remove water and bubbles within the system. In terms of polyurethane system, thereare six dlifferent specifications of products in hollow rubber stripe production system, some of which have good effect in processing the organic maters in the polyurethane system.
